Shipping

• How long does shipping take?

  • Your order will typically arrive within 2-5 working days. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in this timeframe.

• Do you ship internationally?

  • Currently, we only ship within Egypt. We are working on expanding our shipping to other countries soon!

• What is the shipping cost?

  • We offer a flat shipping rate of EGP 80 for all orders across Egypt.

• Do you offer same-day delivery?

  • Yes, for customers in Cairo and Giza! To receive your order on the same day, please place it before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.

• Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes, you can cancel your order at the time of delivery. Simply inform the courier, and they will handle the cancellation for you.

Returns & Exchanges

• Can I try on my items upon delivery?

  • Unfortunately, our shipping partner does not currently offer a "try on" service.

• What should I do if my order is delayed?

  • If your order has not arrived within 9 days, please contact our support team at gymvrs@majadv.com with your order number, and we will look into it for you.

• I received a faulty item.

  • We're sorry to hear that! There's no need to return the item. Please email us at gymvrs@majadv.com with your name, order number, and photos of the faulty item, and we will send you a replacement right away.

• I received the wrong item.

  • Please contact us at gymvrs@majadv.com to arrange for an exchange. We will cover the shipping fees for the return of the incorrect item and the delivery of the correct one.

• What is your return policy?

  • You can return any unwanted items within 7 days of receiving them, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• How long does the exchange/return process take?

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your exchange or return after we have received the item.

• When will I receive my refund?

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item.

• How will I receive my refund?

  • Refunds can be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet. We also offer store credit with a 15% bonus. Please note that we do not process refunds through Instapay or directly to credit/debit cards at this time.

• Why was my return rejected?

  • Your return may be rejected if the item is not in its original condition, if it is a final sale item (30% off or more), or if the necessary information was not provided.

  • Yes, we have a sizing chart available on our website. You can also find a specific sizing chart on each product page.

• How should I wash the products?

  • To keep your Gymverse gear in the best condition, we recommend washing it in cold water, turning it inside out, and hanging it to dry.

• The item I want is out of stock.

  • To be notified when an item is back in stock, go to the product page, select your desired size, and click the "Notify Me When Available" button to enter your email address.
