We offer a flat shipping rate of EGP 80 for all orders across Egypt.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, for customers in Cairo and Giza! To receive your order on the same day, please place it before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order at the time of delivery. Simply inform the courier, and they will handle the cancellation for you.

Can I try on my items upon delivery?

Unfortunately, our shipping partner does not currently offer a "try on" service.

We're sorry to hear that! There's no need to return the item. Please email us at gymvrs@majadv.com with your name, order number, and photos of the faulty item, and we will send you a replacement right away.

You can return any unwanted items within 7 days of receiving them, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
